      Camera Permission: Required to scan QR codes and capture student verification photos
      Internet Permission: Used for order processing, payment transactions, and data synchronization
      Storage Permission: For temporary storage of captured images during order processing

     Order Processing: To process and fulfill food orders within the school environment 
     Student Verification: Captured images are used to verify student identity during order pickup
     Payment Processing: To handle cashless transactions securely
     QR Code Scanning: To identify students and link orders to their accounts

    Order Data: Stored for record-keeping and transaction history
    Student Images: Retained temporarily for order verification, then securely deleted after order completion

      Used to scan student QR codes for identification
      Captures student verification photos during order placement
      Photos are processed locally and transmitted securely to our servers
      No unauthorized image capture or video recording occurs

Internet Permission
       Enables communication with our secure servers for order processing
       Facilitates payment transactions through encrypted connections
       Allows real-time order status updates
       We do not track general browsing activity or collect unrelated internet usage data

Storage Permission
        Temporary storage of captured images during the order process
        Local caching of order data for improved app performance
        No permanent storage of sensitive data on the device

         Images are automatically deleted after successful order completion

         We collect only the minimum data necessary for the cashless ordering system
            Student images are used solely for order verification purposes
            No marketing or promotional data collection occurs

     You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

       Data Access: Request a copy of your stored personal information
         Data Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
         Data Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
         Order History: Access your complete transaction history

               Control how order status updates are delivered

9. Data Retention Policy
        We retain your information for the following periods:
               Order Data: Retained for the current academic year plus one additional year
               Student Images: Deleted within 24 hours of successful order completion
               Payment Records: Retained as required by financial regulations (typically 7 years)
               Account Data: Retained while your account is active, plus one year after account closure

        Your data is primarily stored and processed within India. If data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your privacy in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
